1.Where are we? We are in a very safe neighborhood very close to Paradise Lakes and Lake Como nudist resorts near 54 &41 in Land O Lakes. Directions and address will be given to you when you make a reservation.

2 .How many couples will be there? Most parties have 25 to 35 couples and a limited number of single men depending on number of couples and usually a few single women. We try to maintain a 3 singles to 1 couple ratio.

3.RESERVATIONS needed ? Reservations are a must, we have limited parking and you will be turned away without one. You can call on the night of the party. Usually we can accept you. We are not a do drop in.

4.How do we get an invite? Simply call Tina .

5.What is the average age of members ? We get members from 20's to 60's most will be 30's and up. Young is welcome as long as you understand most are older. You must be 21 or older and ID required if you look under 32

6.Who do I talk to when I call? Ask for TINA if she not available JIM.

    7.How should we dress? Casual and sexy. Bring party clothes, lingerie for ladies is nice but not required. Men should bring shorts or attractive underwear or speedos. Nudity is permitted.

    8.What to expect ? Other couples that are in lifestyle and are friendly. Some are newbees so please go easy with them.

    9.What do we need to bring ? Your gift as suggested in web page. Condoms and lube if you want them. Everything else is provided free with exception of BYOB and mixers other than standard soft drinks. You are welcome to bring a pad lock for your locker.

  1. SAFE SEX ? This is up to you , many new couples prefer condoms .If you require them bring with you. This is something you should clear up before going off with anyone if you want them. Most seasoned swingers do not desire them. Bring lube. We do not police the party rooms. Please place used condoms in trash bucket in room ,never toilets.

  2. Will we need to buy our own drinks back. No. This is not a bottle club and you serve yourself. Do not leave it behind as we throw it out after parties. See main page for details on alcohol.

  3. Will there be single men. Yes,max usually is 8 and we have screened them. If any give you problems come to Tina or Jim . Singles are controlled here.

  4. We are new,will we be welcome ? Yes and never feel that you must do anything. Some need a few visits before they feel up to trying anything. Please make up your own rules before attending. Many newbees only want same room sex. Trust us you will change your rules as you go. Relax and just have good time.

  5. Will we be able to get shower after we party . Yes

  6. Can we bring a single or couple with us . Yes but we need called first. If its a single male then you are sponsoring him. The normal gift will be expected. Call early if bringing a single male as we often have reached limit by mid week.

  7. How many will be there and what ages. There is no way we can answer this as it changes from party to party.

  8. Closing time. 2 AM ---SHARP as we need sleep too.

  9. Is our privacy protected ? Yes ,all members fill out a privacy form and we will not give out names or numbers.

  10. Is bi sex allowed. Yes as we do not police party rooms. Many women are bi friendly and it's normal but should not be assumed.
