RULES ,only a few that are needed.

Main rule is you must have fun.

NO MEANS NO and you can say no to anyone at any time.

STOP, means for whatever reason they don't want what your doing.

NO FOOD ,DRINKS,SMOKING in the party rooms. This is for everyones good, as we do not need any fires ,wet beds,or ants from spilled drinks or food. Plenty of food will be there after you play.

Ask before you join in with a couple,they might want to be left alone,then again might enjoy extras. If they locked the door leave them alone, DO NOT KNOCK.

Private rooms can be locked.Some rooms (one bed) are intended for just 2 people or 3 some but your welcome to use as 4 some. Two of the private rooms have 2 beds each and are intended for 2 couples,same room sex., or even a private group. They are all clean and ready for use at every party. Should any need attention please let us know.

All have AC and HEAT. Please close door when your finished. Waste baskets and paper towels are in all rooms.

GROUP ROOM is our master bedroom. Door is to be kept unlocked. This does not mean you can do anyone you want. Ask to join in. Single men, do not start touching without asking.

Parking, is off street in our yard. We need your help with this as we can only park 35 cars and need you to park as close as reasonable and directed by our doorman (DON). Yard is lighted. Please lock your car and no drugs are to be in them.

RESERVATIONS are a must, usually even at last minute we can make one. This is needed because we do max out at 35 cars and do not want to double park anyone. Even single ladies need reservations.

You can bring or invite others but we need to know. If in same car tell us so as we can use the extra space for a couple wanting reservation.

If your bringing single male ,please understand that you are his sponser. He will be invited back on his own if he follows the rules.

Any one caught doing drugs or even suggesting prostitution will be asked to leave and never return.

Drinking is fine but is BYOB. We are not a commercial or bottle club. We can not serve you. Do not help yourself to drinks you did not bring. Serve yourself and take bottle home when you leave. Any left behind can not be returned. Please no overdrinking, nobody enjoys a drunk and that can lead to fights.

SAFE SEX. This is up to the ones involved. Always best to deal with this before going off. Many seasoned swingers prefer bareback but that is up to you.

Nudity is permitted inside only, please do not go in back yard nude or do anything lude or lacivious outside.

No GLASS BOTTLES other than at drink bar. Broken glass is hard to clean up and we dont need anyone getting cut.

LOCKERS ,are free to use. You may bring your own lock . Remove everything when you leave. We will not be responsible for any loss.

POOL TABLE is free to use. Please do not sit drinks on it.

HOT TUB ,please no smoking in it, we don't want burn marks.
